Exercising the muscle of your mind to stay aware as you walk through the pressures of life will help anyone reduce the way stress affects our being. The exercise is meditation. Meditation helps us know the difference. Mindfulness allows us to live the difference.

Most of us are hypnotized and we just don’t realize it.  The meditation exercise he teaches literally de-hypnotizes the mind allowing anyone to rise above normal thinking to a different level of perception.
